Terms of Service

EasyRap is an independent AI video service. “EasyRap,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of easyrap.app. The service is intended for people aged 18 or older.

1. Browser-based purchases

EasyRap does not require an account or sign-in to purchase a generation. A browser-only identifier associates a paid generation and its status with the browser used for the purchase. Keep access to that browser and its cookies if you want to use the private creation library.

2. Your photos and other content

You keep any rights you already have in photos, text and other content you submit. You confirm that you own the content or have permission and any required consent to use it and to create an AI video from it.

You grant EasyRap and the providers we use a limited permission to host, transmit, process and display your content only as needed to operate the service, generate the requested video, keep your job record, maintain security and provide support. We do not claim ownership of your uploads and will not use them in public marketing without separate permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload, create or share content that:

• uses another person’s image or likeness without their permission, or impersonates someone deceptively;
• contains sexual or intimate imagery, including any sexual content involving a minor;
• is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory or intended to harass or harm someone;
• infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights;
• interferes with the service, attempts unauthorized access, or violates applicable law.

Do not present an AI-generated clip as authentic footage of a real person or event when that could mislead or harm others. You are responsible for obtaining consent and for how you distribute a result.

4. AI generations and results

AI results are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent with your request or similar to material created for others. We do not guarantee a particular appearance, identity, movement, sound, quality or availability. Review every result before using or sharing it.

Generated videos may be served from temporary output URLs. EasyRap saves the result URL with the job record but does not promise permanent video storage. Download a result promptly if you want to keep a copy.

You are responsible for obtaining rights to any music, images, names, trademarks or likenesses included in your uploads or in the way you publish a generated video. EasyRap is not affiliated with the artists, songs, labels or creators referenced by an effect.

5. Generation purchases and payments

Each purchasable generation option displays its template, duration, resolution and applicable one-time price before checkout. A completed purchase is tied to the selected option and the browser used for checkout; it is not transferable and has no cash value except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If a payment option is offered, payment processing is handled by a third-party provider such as Stripe under its terms. Taxes, refund rights and other mandatory consumer protections apply as required by law. A displayed estimate or successful payment does not guarantee a video result if a third-party model is unavailable.

6. EasyRap’s service and materials

EasyRap owns or licenses the website, software, design, brand and other service materials. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for lawful purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or disrupt the service except where applicable law permits.

As between you and EasyRap, you remain responsible for your submitted content and your use of generated results. Rights in AI-generated material can depend on the source content and applicable law; we do not promise that a result is exclusive or free of third-party rights.

7. Third-party services

EasyRap relies on providers for hosting, storage, analytics, payments and video generation, including Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare and Stripe. Their services may be subject to separate terms and may become unavailable or change. EasyRap is not responsible for third-party sites or services outside our control.

8. Availability, suspension and termination

The service may change, be interrupted or become unavailable, including during maintenance or when a provider is unavailable. We may limit or suspend access if you breach these terms, threaten the service or another person, or if we must do so by law.

You can stop using EasyRap at any time. There is no self-service deletion control currently; contact [email protected] to request content deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, EasyRap is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, EasyRap will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, loss of data, or loss arising from third-party model output or availability. These terms do not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or mandatory consumer rights.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the new version here and update the effective date above. Continuing to use EasyRap after an update means you accept the revised terms where the law permits.
