Use a sharp, well-lit image with one pet clearly visible. Avoid blur and covered faces; include the body for dance effects. Upload JPG, PNG or WebP files up to 10 MB each. If your phone photo is HEIC, export it as JPG first. Wait for Uploaded before continuing.
Do I need to write a prompt or provide music?
No. The template is ready to use with its recommended instructions. Custom instructions are optional. Display previews are silent, and a particular song or exact lip sync is not guaranteed in the result.
When will I be charged, and is this a subscription?
You review the full one-time total before leaving for secure payment. Selecting photos or changing quality does not charge you. Generation starts after payment is confirmed; this purchase is not a subscription.
Where will I receive my video?
The page shows progress after payment, and your private video link is sent to the email you enter at review. Generation usually takes a few minutes, but timing can vary. Check your spam folder if you cannot find the email.
What should I do if payment confirmation or generation fails?
If you already paid, keep the return page and use Retry confirmation rather than paying again. If generation stops, follow the retry instructions emailed to you.
