Which person goes in each seat?
Image one is the front passenger who leads, image two is the driver, image three is back left and image four is back right. The labels on the upload slots show this order.
Can I use fewer than four photos?
This fixed video has four visible roles, so four images are required. You can use two different photos of the same consenting adult if one person should appear in two seats.
Is the Instagram Reel the exact motion used to generate my video?
No. The reel is a separate result example. The Motion reference tab is the source submitted for generation, and its 20.077-second duration determines the price.
Will the video match every lyric and camera cut?
The generator follows the supplied motion and prompt, but four-person identity consistency, lip sync and audio can vary. Review the private output before publishing.
Is EasyRap affiliated with the artists or the people in the example?
No. EasyRap is independent. The Instagram post is credited to its creator as a public example, not a partnership or endorsement.
What kind of photo works best, and which files can I upload?
Use a sharp, well-lit image with one person clearly visible. Avoid blur and covered faces; include the body for dance effects. Upload JPG, PNG or WebP files up to 10 MB each. If your phone photo is HEIC, export it as JPG first. Wait for Uploaded before continuing.
Do I need to write a prompt or provide music?
No. The template is ready to use with its recommended instructions. Custom instructions are optional. Display previews are silent, and a particular song or exact lip sync is not guaranteed in the result.
When will I be charged, and is this a subscription?
You review the full one-time total before leaving for secure payment. Selecting photos or changing quality does not charge you. Generation starts after payment is confirmed; this purchase is not a subscription.
Where will I receive my video?
The page shows progress after payment, and your private video link is sent to the email you enter at review. Generation usually takes a few minutes, but timing can vary. Check your spam folder if you cannot find the email.
What should I do if payment confirmation or generation fails?
If you already paid, keep the return page and use Retry confirmation rather than paying again. If generation stops, follow the retry instructions emailed to you. For unresolved problems or duplicate charges, email [email protected] with your payment receipt; never send full card details. Refund eligibility is explained in the Refund Policy linked above.
